Due to the nature and use of our personal care and beauty products we are unable to accept returns. We stand by our products and strive to provide top quality merchandise in presentable and reliable packaging.
We are not liable for broken and mishandled packages. If you receive our merchandise in faulty condition, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will then direct you to the courier and provide information so that you may file a claim. Items sent back to us will be discarded.

Damages and issues
We inspect every package during our batching process. Please inspect your order upon receipt of merchandise and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
